I help people organize and untangle their brains.

Together we look at the patterns underneath the pressure so your mind clears and your energy can move more freely.

Who This Is For

  • Your mind feels cluttered from holding too many threads at once.
  • Your calendar is full but you're not spending enough time on what matters most to you.
  • You’ve thought through something from every angle but still can’t find the clear move.
  • You sometimes wonder whether your work is serving you or you’re serving your work.
  • You’re working hard but sense your effort isn’t landing where it matters.
  • You want reflection and clarity, not hype or pressure.

The 75-Minute Clarity Session

In this session we slow things down and look closely at what’s actually happening beneath the surface. Together we untangle the threads of your situation and map the patterns underneath what’s been creating pressure.
Most people leave with a clearer mind, a sense of relief, and a deeper understanding of what’s actually driving the situation — along with a natural sense of where their energy wants to move next.
If your mind has been holding too many threads at once, this session gives you space to slow down and see the pattern clearly.

Client Experiences

"When I first started working with Rachel, I was looking to leave my current job and find something new. She helped me face my fears about the process and break things down into smaller steps, which helped me feel much more confident taking action and making big decisions. She’s helped me understand why I procrastinate and how to manage the anxiety that comes up when I’m feeling overwhelmed. What I love most about working with Rachel is how she blends practical advice with emotional support and gives me the tools to make lasting changes.

- V.N.

"I reached out to Rachel for guidance because I was transitioning out of therapy and looking for some practical, applicable skills in pursuing a new venture. Rachel provided me with a brand new "toolbox" that I now use to navigate new challenges. She remembered information I gave her in early sessions and was able to help me make connections that I was not able to make on my own. I left each session feeling more confident in myself. I also now have a better understanding of myself and how I want to navigate my life.

Ongoing Work

A Sacred Pause

A steady container for those who’ve only known one gear — forward — and are curious what becomes possible when they stop pushing.
Over four weeks, we meet twice per week to map patterns as they unfold in real time, refine clarity, and recalibrate gently.
Includes voice note support between sessions.

About Rachel

I’m drawn to understanding how internal patterns work, especially when someone feels stuck despite being thoughtful and capable. Many of the people I work with are used to holding a lot for teams, clients, or families, and want a space where they don’t have to.
My approach is calm, precise, and collaborative. I don’t push outcomes. I help you see clearly enough to choose your own.
I received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. I'm a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach.
Outside of sessions you’ll find me at a coffee shop, taking a walk, or learning something new.
