Things I Wish I Learned Sooner

You know those days (or weeks, or months, or years) when you lose track of which way is up? You’re trying really hard to find your way but it’s tough to tell what direction you’ve traveled in…or whether you’ve moved all.

It’s not for lack of effort because you’ve tried so many things. It’s exhausting, frustrating, and dispiriting. It feels like you’re chasing a “fix,” on the cusp of finding it, but it’s always slightly out of reach.

You desperately want off the treadmill but you’re scared that the relentless sprint is the only way to get what you want. You wonder why you haven’t gotten “there” yet. Am I doing it wrong? Failing somehow? “No pain, no gain,” your mind tells you. Just a little while longer, you haven’t paid enough dues yet.

What you’re experiencing makes so much sense to me because I’ve gone through it too. If you stop and think about it, it makes a lot of sense considering that so much of our messaging tells us to compare ourselves to others who are “doing better.” To seek answers from authorities who “know more.” To outsource our power to those who “have solutions.”

But what if this pursuit we’ve been indoctrinated into feels like garbage not because we’re failing to execute…but because we’re approaching it backwards. Because what we actually need in a world that feels increasingly unknown to all of us equally, is to become our own authorities. To tap into our own knowing. To tune in before we look out.

This container is a crash course in inner connection skills. We’ll use your life circumstances as an access point to introduce ideas and frameworks that will give you new ways of understanding and experiencing yourself. Think of this container as non-judgemental, highly-padded science lab to play around with tuning into yourself and building your capacity to interpret your inner messages. It is dedicated to bolstering your self-trust, discernment, and confidence. It will enhance and expand your current toolbox, and give you more insight into your own individual operating system.

You’ll learn: how nervous system responses intersect with your circumstances, thoughts, feelings and behaviors; how to map your relative position in the change cycle and use that knowledge to support yourself; how you may be generating your own obstacles with limiting beliefs; how to read your body’s messages; and how to access your truth for anchoring, guidance and support.
