Informed Consent

I understand that I am entering into a collaborative coaching relationship designed to support my growth, clarity, and pursuit of personal or professional goals through thoughtfully held space and coaching tools.

I understand that coaching is a partnership centered on my own insight, reflection, and self-awareness. The process is responsive to my innate wisdom and is not advice-giving, prescriptive, or a guarantee of specific results.

I acknowledge that I am the expert on my own life. Any perspectives, reflections, or ideas offered in sessions are invitations for consideration, and I retain full authority over what I choose to act on. My questions, feedback, and challenges are welcome and essential to this collaborative process.

I agree to communicate any needs, concerns, or questions about the coaching process as they arise so they can be addressed in a timely and respectful manner.

I understand that I am fully responsible for my choices, actions, and results during and after the coaching engagement.

I understand that coaching may explore patterns, behaviors, and beliefs, which can at times bring up discomfort, challenging thoughts, or emotional responses. I am responsible for my well-being during, between, and after sessions.

I understand that coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health care. My coach is not acting as a licensed medical or mental health provider.

All conversations are confidential and will not be shared without my consent, except in the following circumstances:
(1) I am at risk of harming myself,
(2) I am at risk of harming others, or
(3) disclosure is required by law.

If sessions are recorded, recording will occur only with my explicit consent. If a recording is provided, it is for personal use only and may not be shared without permission.
