Here We Are Coaching does not guarantee outcomes.

Client is responsible for all decisions, actions, and results.

Payment is required before session. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours of notice. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are non-refundable. No refunds after session is completed.

Coaching conversations are confidential unless Client is at risk of harming themselves or another, or if disclosure is required by law.

Sessions will only be recorded with Client consent. If a recording is made, Client will receive a copy.

Here We Are Coaching is not liable for direct damages or indirect damages from Client decisions.
