About me

I'm a seeker just like you. I love coaching because nothing captures my attention the way transformation does. I'm fascinated by our capacity to become - to learn, grow, and heal - through our life adventures. I've benefited tremendously from powerful tools and the support of people who get it, and am passionate about connecting with people who are looking for the type of support I can offer.

My journey to this point has been one of trying to fit myself into recognizable roles, and the realization that I'd rather live differently. It's taken me to Hollywood, ashrams, civil service, and many places in between. Some of my path has been joyful, some of it has been painful, and all of it has been essential. I'm deeply influenced by mindfulness and spirituality, in particular Ram Dass and Pema Chodron. I find the work of Martha Beck, the originator of the Wayfinder method, to be a nourishing antidote to the harsh cultural expectations that typically shape our worldview. I love ideas that speak to living magically while inhabiting reality.

I enjoy blending practical, analytical know-how with intuition, simplicity, and unconventional thinking in both my own life and my coaching practice. I received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
